Project Management
With over 15 years of global project management experience, I will create project plans and budget trackers to ensure that you are fully informed about project status and both actual and projected spend at all times throughout the design project. Transparency and attention to detail are key to ensure a project stays on-track from a timing and budget perspective while helping you feel at ease throughout the process.
We will also establish a cadence for design meetings and ongoing, two-way feedback. I will utilize a variety of tools to ensure that the design vision is clearly articulated to both the client as well as your contractor including 4K renderings, 2D mockups, technical drawings, and detailed work guides.
Selection & Sourcing
As we seek to choose finishes and furnishings, the value I bring is filtering through the 1,000s of options to shortlist specific items that I believe will work best with the design aesthetic and budget of a given project. This will be a collaborative and iterative process, but you will be supported and guided throughout with as much or as little involvement as you would like to make selections fro every item that is purchased for your space throughout the project. I also pass along all of my trade discounts to clients and do not take a commission or markup on any items sourced - this enables me to make the best selection possible for a client with zero bias towards any specific vendors.
